My first international PR case was in 2016 — a double-page spread in US lifestyle magazine. Since then I've worked across very different projects and markets.
When I choose a project to become a partner on, what matters to me is knowing we're on the same side. That we share an understanding of what PR impact actually means — not reach numbers first. That we're aligned on specific business goals.
At the same time, PR is non-linear and can move at very different speeds — what's happening in the market, in the world, in the news cycle, inside the editorial team. You're constantly navigating this, managing risk, testing hypotheses. Doing PR is a lot like building a startup.
